In dieser Position führen Sie Prüfungen und Untersuchungen an Feingussbauteilen durch und bewerten die Ergebnisse nach gängigen Normen und Kundenvorgaben. Sie unterstützen bei Schadens- und Ursachenanalysen sowie im Reklamationsmanagement und bringen sich aktiv in Freigabe- und Bemusterungsprozesse ein.Neben der sorgfältigen Dokumentation Ihrer Ergebnisse stellen Sie die Einsatzbereitschaft der Labor- und Prüftechnik sicher. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Qualität, Produktion und Prozessentwicklung tragen Sie wesentlich zur Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktqualität bei.

- Durchführung metallurgischer Untersuchungen an Feingussbauteilen, inkl. Anfertigung, Auswertung und normgerechter Gefügebeurteilung metallographischer Schliffe
- Durchführung mechanischer Werkstoffprüfungen (Härteprüfung, Zugversuche)
- Unterstützung bei Schadensanalysen, Reklamationsbearbeitung und Ursachenanalyse
- Chemische Werkstoffanalyse mittels Spektrometrie
- Dokumentation und Bewertung von Prüfergebnissen
- Unterstützung bei Erstbemusterungen und Freigabeprozessen
- Kalibrierung und Pflege von Labor- und Prüfeinrichtungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Qualität, Produktion und Prozessentwicklung

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Werkstoffprüfer (m/w/d) oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Kenntnisse zerstörender Prüfverfahren (Metallographie und mechanische Prüfung) o Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Normen
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweis
- Hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
Weitere Qualifikationen von Vorteil:- Erfahrung im Bereich Feinguss oder Stahlguss sowie mit mechanischen Prüfverfahren
- Kenntnis einschlägiger Spezifikationen (ASTM, DIN, EN)
- Erfahrung mit EDX oder der Spektralanalyse
- Kenntnisse in ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 sowie mit CAQ- oder Laborsoftware
