  • Verlässlicher Ansprechpartner für Kundenanliegen mit Fokus auf reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung, umfassende Betreuung im Bestell- und Lieferprozess sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb. Verantwortlich für die Pflege von Kundendaten, Erstellung aussagekräftiger Verkaufs- und Lagerberichte sowie die strukturierte Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben zur Unterstützung eines effizienten Vertriebsablaufs. 

    • Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen inkl. Kommunikation zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit 
    • Bearbeitung von Anfragen sowie Unterstützung bei Bestellungen, Sendungsverfolgung und Problemlösungen 
    • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Auftragsbearbeitung und der Angebotserstellung 
    • Koordination von internen Abläufen zur sicheren Auftragsabwicklung 
    • Pflege der Kundenstammdaten in den entsprechenden ERP-Systemen
    • Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Verkaufsunterlagen sowie deren Archivierung 
    • Erstellung von Berichten über Verkaufsleistung, Kundenfeedback und Lagerbeständen
    • Durchführung allgemeiner administrativer Tätigkeiten wie Ablage, Dateneingabe und Terminplanung 

    • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung 
    • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen 
    • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten sowie sehr gutes Kommunikationsverhalten 
    • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
    • Hohe Kunden-/Serviceorientierung und Leistungsbereitschaft
