Responsible for Quality Technician
- Accurately complete inspection forms, logs, records and check sheets in any format
- Engage with engineering organization during the development phase of training to ensure a timely transition.
- Train to level I technicians in Penetrant and X-ray. (experience would be a Plus, but not mandatory)
- Properly examine parts by using hand held measuring tools and gauges. (gauge pins, micrometers, calipers, and go/no go gauges)
- Under limited supervision, performs non-destructive test on precision parts
- Performing tasks using the methods, process parts, interpret, evaluate and document test results in accordance with NDT procedures
- Completes computer and paperwork transactions required to forward product to complete the manufacturing process
- Will adhere to all quality and safety standards and demonstrate a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Set up and operate non-destructive testing equipment to locate and measure internal and external defects in product

- Understand Liquid Penetrant Testing and Radiography (experience a plus but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English
- Able to interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and prepare written reports of test results
- Quality Inspection methods 1yr Minimum.
