  • Team Leadership:
    ·         Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    Customer Relationship Management:

    Sales Performance Analysis:

    ·         Utilize gathered intelligence to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.

  • ·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    ·         Proven experience in sales management with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
    ·         Strong leadership and team management skills.
    ·         Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    ·         Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    ·         Analytical skills to interpret sales performance data and make informed decisions.
    ·         Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
