Texmo Precision Castings is a global company and our site in Warsaw Indiana is looking at significant growth in the next few years.. We have already invested a significant amount of funds to improve machinery and now this is starting to result in higher sales and a need for good quality engineers

    Knowledge, Skill & Competencies:

    • Knowledge of Computer and Manufacturing Software
    • Product & Process Knowledge of investment casting or similar
    • Must have the ability to read work order instructions and carry out directions as necessary
    • Knowledge of Maintenance and equipment
    • Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, HVAC and other systems
    • Able to work with minimum supervision
    • Priority Setting & Time Management
    • Creative Problem Solving
    Roles & Responsibilities

    · Responsible for the Maintenance of Building and Machines

    · Keep track of inventory on raw material needed for the maintaining of equipment and building

    · Communicate to purchasing any material requirements for maintaining the building or equipment.

    · Report to Manufacturing Manager any equipment that is inoperable or in need of maintenance

    · Keep records of machine maintenance and preventive maintenance items.

    · Identify areas for process improvement, cost and waste reduction.

    · Responsible for internal process/equipment improvements, including Fabrication

    · Ensure electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems are functioning properly

    · Plan future projects and construction

    · Direct outside contractors as needed

    · Ensure fire and security systems are functioning properly

    · Assist IT department with IT needs

    Qualification

    • Preferably over 5 years’ experience in similar work
    Work Time

    We are looking for 3rd Shift 10 pm – 6 am
