We are seeking a talented and motivated Frontend performer with expertise in Accounts / supply chain function, Basic Excel, Communication & Presentation skill to join our dynamic SCT team. As Branch accountant, you will play a pivotal role in accounts and supply chain activities, your responsibilities will include collaborating with the head office/Inter branch members & interaction and responsive in branch operations
1. E-way bill & HUB invoicing
2. Inventory accounting – Finished goods/Spare/POP items
3. Dispatch & receipt operation with terminal scanner gun
4. MIS accounts / Payments of contractual vendors / cash handling / Banking work
5. Coordinating with transport & stakeholder for GST/Accounts quarries
6. 5S / Housekeeping / Manpower handling / Statutory compliance / Trade license / Visiting labor office & GST / Municipal office / assessment branch interaction with ext. auditors
7. Space management at warehouse as per layout design to co-ordinate with dispatch team
8. Cash management WH & Service division
9. Kaizen & continuous improvements in branch warehouse
10. Cycle count of FG/Spare/Promotional items every month
1. Any graduate with 2-5 years of impressive experience in accounts & supply chain felid
2. Extensive knowledge in Excel & communication skill
3. Languages to know English, Hindi, Kannada etc.
